About the event
Join Third Season Yoga’s Howard as we jump in our Dolorean mats, go 88 ujjayi breaths per hour, and backbend to the future. Prepare yourself for the danger zone because Third Season Yogis never say die!
Class will be a 60 minute all levels vinyasa practice with an emphasis on backbends and plenty of twists, shouts, and turns along the way, plus 80s visuals and a soundtrack of modern covers of 80s classics!
Wear your best 80s inspired outfit. Extra goodies will be available at the studio to complete your look.
