About the event

Learn or revisit simple techniques aimed at relaxing the mind and body in this 3-part course. Meghan will guide gentle mindfulness and meditation practices in a calming and intimate environment. Each class will cover a different technique, building on from the previous week, acompanied by gentle stretching, journaling, snacks, and tea. There will be time to share what came up during our experience with the group at the end.


Week 1: Letting Go (Sunday, 3/16)

Week 2: Tense & Release (Sunday, 3/23)

Week 3: Tea Meditation (Sunday, 3/30)


Please bring a yoga mat (or rent/buy) and wear comfortable clothing. No experience is required.


Sign up for all 3 parts here and save $5 for a total of $25, otherwise drop-in at $10 per class through the booking calendar.
