Service Description

Learn or revisit simple techniques aimed at relaxing the mind and body in this 3-part course. Meghan will guide gentle mindfulness and meditation practices in a calming and intimate environment. Each class will cover a different technique, building on from the previous week, acompanied by gentle stretching, journaling, snacks, and tea. There will be time to share what came up during our experience with the group at the end. Week 1 (9/8): Breath as Your Anchor Please bring a yogat mat (or rent/buy) and wear comfortable clothing. No experience is required. Sign up for all 3 parts in EVENTS and save $5 for a total of $25, otherwise drop-in at $10 per class here.


Cancellation Policy

To encourage commitment and consideration for all members and intructors, a $5 fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled class or event.
